Dance!

Well, here it is as promised! Another creation from the recital. I don't know what it is about ballet, but I think it is so pretty. Maybe it is the girly girl side of me trying to get out. LOL

Recital time again.....

Well, here we are and school is out again. Time seems to go so fast. With school ending and everything else that goes on this time of year, it is also recital time again too. We just finished our recital work and had a wonderful time. I love this time of year because both of my girls come and help me with the recital. I hate that they have to work, but I love spending the time with them!!
We had some really awesome images this year, but I think this is my favorite of all of them.

I am working on one more image and when I am finished, I will post it as well. I love photography and being creative!!

Spring? At last......

Spring is finally here....and this is what we are looking forward to! But instead we had snow yesterday! What is up with that?

Oh well, even before the snow we were already seeing blooms everywhere and things were starting to turn green. Before we know it, we will all be out working in our yards and visiting with our neighbors again. I love that time of year and it is awesome to see all the neighborhood kids out playing and laughing! Life is good!!

Hello everyone! Sorry I have been away so long but life has a way of doing that to you sometimes. It seems we all have a lot going on in our lives lately and it seems like there is so many of us that need special prayers for ourselves, our loved one's or our friends. I know we all feel from time to time that we are the only one going through what ever it is that we are going trough at the time. We have all been there. We feel that we are having to do it all alone and not sure what we need to do.
But, we are never alone and we never have to deal with our problems alone. My husband is going through some rough times right now and we have had some awesome prayers being sent up. Each and every prayer is so much appreciated, much more than you will ever know. I want to take this moment to thank each and everyone of you for praying for him. I know God will do what he thinks is best for him. And I know your prayers help. Thank you!
My husband received something very special the other day and I just want to share it with you. We had been visiting our daughter and her children one evening, when our 5 year old granddaughter came in and handed him an envelope. She said "Papa, I made you something." He opened it up and inside was a pink handmade (which he totally loves) card that she had made him in Sunday School. On the outside it has tissue paper flowers of all colors. When you open it up it says "I am praying for you. Emilee" We both had to choke back the tears to think this baby had done this for him. How much luckier can you be?
I have to brag on our children. They are all grown and have families of their own, busy with their own lives, yet they have taken the time to have put him on prayer lists at their churches and call on a regular basis to check on him. We have awesome kids!! And even though we are going through a tough time, we have been so very blessed!!!
For it is times like this when you realize that you are so very blessed to have a wonderful family and friends that care about you. Friends that may not know a lot about you but are wonderful enough to take the time to call and to pray for you.
We have been praying for a lot of our family and friends lately. Seems as though everyone has something going on in their lives that they can use a little help from above with.
So you see, when you are in God's hands, you are never alone!

I know some of you are probably wondering, "Does she ever take anyone's pictures?"
And yes, I do. I love taking pictures of everything, and I do have to help make a living. So, even though most of what you will see on here is my favorite things, I will throw in some people from time to time too.

I'm sorry I have been away so long, but thank goodness life is good. God has blessed me in so many ways lately. He always does and maybe I am just now getting wise enough to really notice just how much. I have been blessed to be really busy at this time of year when I wondered if I would be. But thank goodness I haven't been so busy that I missed my favorite time of year.

It has been an awesome fall, I hope you didn't miss it. Usually around here we wake up one day and the leaves are brown and then the next day they seem to be all gone. This year we have been blessed with some beauty that we don't get to see everyday. I love all the colors the season brings.

Here is one just for fun! I love this fella! He is the best natured little guy. He never seems to mind posing for me, no matter how I need him to pose. He never complains!! Don't we wish we had more people in our lives like him!!

Wow!! This week went by really fast! I have been busy designing wedding albums all week and the time has flown by. I have been so busy...that is a good thing!

I got to spend time with all of the grandbabies this week and our daughter from Austin was in for the weekend. So this has been an awesome week! I have spent time with all of my kids and all of my grandbabies. Oh, and I can't leave out my sweetheart! It just doesn't get better than this!!

Well, I tried something new this week. I was at Mardel's and saw an awesome image hanging in the store and I thought to myself "I can do that." Well, it might not be quiet as pretty as theirs, but I gave it my best shot. AND I saved $$$. Here it is....

There are several of us that take images of children that are up for adoption in our area. This Gallery travels all over town to help bring awareness to people about all of the children in our area that need loving parents. Please watch it if you can.
